Applying for a Line of Credit

Whether you have an amount in mind or you just want to know how much you can establish a credit limit for - our Loan Consultants can provide you with an obligation-free pre-loan assessment. They can answer any questions you may have and tell you about the interest rates and benefits of a Wide Bay Australia line of credit.
They can also tell you:
- How much you may be able to borrow based on the required deposit - generally, we can establish a credit limit up to 90% of valuation.
- Consideration will be given to your income and assets (real estate, motor vehicles, shares, superannuation etc) and living expenses and liabilities (other loans, tax debts etc).

- About government grants and rebates including the First Home Owner's Grant available to people buying their first home to establish a line of credit .
