Reviewing Loan Transactions

When you have a home loan, line of credit, business loan or business overdraft we want to make it easy for you to review transactions on your account:

• Refer to your transaction statement.
  
  For home loans and business loans these will be forwarded every six months, however by contacting us you can arrange to have a transaction statement more frequently - up to one per month at no charge).
  
  For lines of credit and business overdrafts these will be forwarded monthly.
  
  Additional transaction statements are available on request (fees may apply)
  
  You may also request an interest statement showing interest charged by us.

• Call ‘smartlink’ Phone Banking
• Visit a Wide Bay Australia branch
• You may also check your loan account balance at a Bank@Post outlet. A linked Loan Express Cashcard or Cashcard is required.
