Making Credit Card Payments

You can choose to make your Wide Bay Australia MasterCard monthly account payments to Card Services:

At a Wide Bay Australia branch/full service agency using BPAY®
Via ‘smartlink’ Phone Banking or ‘smartlink’ Internet Banking using BPAY®
Via BPAY® at another financial institution
At any Australia Post office.
By cheque using the envelope provided with each credit card statement
Via Easi-Pay with payments deducted automatically from an approved Wide Bay Australia account or an account at another financial institution*. With Easi-Pay you can elect to pay either:
1. The Total Minimum Payment Due (as shown on your monthly credit card statement);
2. The full amount of the Closing Balance (as shown on your monthly credit card statement; or
3. A set monthly payment of any nominated amount

To arrange Easi-Pay print the Easi-Pay form (PDF, 43KB) and fax to Card Services on 02 8225 5026 or post direct to the address on the form.

*Subject to restrictions on individual account type and cleared funds being available. Easi-Pay is a form of Direct Debit arranged by Citigroup Pty Ltd - the issuer of the Wide Bay Australia MasterCard. Fees and charges may apply (including reject fees on dishonoured payments).
