‘Card Services’ Telephone Banking

All Cardholders are offered a TPIN when their Wide Bay Australia MasterCard
is activated. If you lose or forget your TPIN or want to apply for one,
follow the prompts on the Telephone Banking menu to request a new one.
Your
TPIN should not be confused with your ATM PIN which is used for transactions
at ATM’s, for use when making Point-of-Sale purchases or when logging
on to ‘Card
Services’ Internet Banking.
“Card Services” Telephone Banking allows you to:
- Activate your new credit card
- Obtain your MasterCard account balance
- Obtain your MasterCard account balance
- Review recent debits on your credit card account
- Review recent payments on your credit card
- Order a credit card statement
- Pay bills with your MasterCard via BPAY®
- Change your TPIN
- Speak to a Card Services operator for personal assistance
