Apply for and manage Credit Cards
Wide Bay Australia gives you great options for applying for our credit cards or managing your existing Wide Bay Australia MasterCard.
You can apply for a new Credit Card or, if you are an existing cardholder, you can also request a Credit Limit Increase or a Balance Transfer from another credit card to your Wide Bay Australia MasterCard. For other card management options visit Customer Help.
What do you want to do?
When applying for a credit card - to assist in faster processing of your printed application please ensure
that you:
- have completed all the questions on the application form.
- supply documentation to support the income that you have stated on your
application. For example
- 2 most recent payslips
- Last issued Tax Assessment Notice
- Lasted issued Group Certificate/Payment
Summary
- Bank Statement showing two most recent salary credits or interest
credits
- Centrelink Statement
- Rental Property Statements
Should you choose to return your credit card application by visiting a
Wide Bay Australia
branch our staff will ask you to verify your identity
with relevant identity documents and completion of
Identity/Income Verification Form (PDF, 86KB). Any additional cardholders
will also require identification by completion of the
Identity Verification Form (Additional Cardholder) (PDF, 78KB).
Alternatively, you can post your application by mail to
'Card Services', Reply Paid 1625, Bundaberg QLD 4670 or fax to 07 4152 3499.
In this case - if your application is approved - Citibank Card Services will
forward a letter requesting that you supply suitable identification at your
local Australia Post Office.
