Point of Sale (POS)
Merchant Facility
We can arrange Point of Sale (POS) merchant acquiring facilities to approved Wide Bay Australia business customers.
These facilities enable you to accept both credit and debit card POS transactions from your clients.
We offer POS facilities by arrangement with our Bankers and formal application
and acceptance is required*. Please complete and sign the POS Application form (PDF, 34KB)
and fax to Wide Bay Australia as per the instructions on the form.
Upon acceptance your Wide Bay Australia Business account will be used to
settle your POS transactions and you will also receive assistance with implementation,
training and ongoing support.
POS merchant facilities are made available by arrangement with Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141) (“Westpac”). *POS facilities are not available where a business has an existing merchant facility (direct or sponsored) with Westpac. Wide Bay Australia Ltd is not able to guarantee the acceptance or otherwise of an application.
